These are current at the time of issue and are subject to alteration without notice. All goods are invoiced at prices ruling at the date of despatch. VAT is charged, where applicable at the current rate. Whilst every care has been taken in compiling this Web Site we cannot accept responsibility for errors or omissions.
Product Specifications and Descriptions: We have taken great care to ensure that our product specifications and descriptions are correct. However, we reserve the right to supply goods to the specification and/or design current at the date of despatch.
Payment Terms: Nett 30 days customers with accounts.
Quotations: All quotations are given at current prices, but are subject to alteration with prices ruling at the time of delivery.
Liability: Customers are solely responsible for determining the suitability of the goods they are purchasing for the purposes for which they wish to use them, and for the suitability and accuracy of any technical information provided.
Accordingly our liability for any loss or damage suffered by our customers, arising by reason of defects in the goods or otherwise, shall be limited to the invoice price of the goods, in respect of or in relation to which loss or damage is claimed.
Notification of any defects in the goods must be made in writing to us giving full details. If and when required by us, the goods must be returned for inspection. Our liability under this clause shall be in lieu of any warranty or condition implied by law as to the quality or fitness for any particular purchase of the goods. We shall not be under any liability, whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise in respect of defects in goods delivered; or for any injury (other than death or personal injury caused by our negligence as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977), damage or loss resulting from such defects or from any information, service or device rendered by us or our employees or agents.
Title: The title of the goods shall remain with ISS until full payment has been received by ISS
Breakages: Any shortage or breakages must be notified to us within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Returns: Goods correctly supplied may not be returned without our agreement. Goods so returned must be consigned carriage paid and accompanied by a packing note stating our delivery note number. This will also be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge. A credit note will be issued after the goods are returned and have had been processed by our Quality department.
Orders: Written confirmation orders must be clearly marked as such, otherwise we cannot be held responsible should the order be duplicated.
Divisibility Clause:
(a) ISS reserves the right to make deliveries/and or services by instalments and render a separate invoice in respect of each such instalment. (b) If the ISS exercises its right to make deliveries/and or services in accordance with sub-paragraph (a) above, then any delay in the provision of such deliveries/and or services, or failure to deliver any further instalment or instalments, shall not entitle the Buyer to reject the contract or the delivery/services of any other instalment or to withhold payment in respect of any instalment previously delivered/serviced.Cancellation Policy: We aim to deliver all stock items in 2-3 working days from receipt of order. We can accept cancellation of orders up until the day of despatch without charge. If the order has already been despatched then there will be a charge for delivery and return of the item. For non-stock and special items we can accept cancellation within 72 hours of the order being received.
Damaged or Faulty Goods: We accept the return of all goods which are deemed faulty or have been damaged by our carrier in transit. A credit note will be issued after the goods are returned and have had been processed by our Quality department. All damages must be reported within 5 working days from receipt of goods.

Law and Jurisdiction:
The proper law of all contracts with the Company shall be English law which shall govern in all respects the construction and effect of such contracts and of these conditions. The Customer agrees that in the event of any dispute arising out of the contract or the performance thereof he will submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
