and Conditions
These are current at the time of issue and are subject to alteration without notice. All
goods are invoiced at prices ruling at the date of despatch. VAT is charged, where
applicable at the current rate. Whilst every care has been taken in compiling this Web
Site we cannot accept responsibility for errors or omissions.
Terms: Nett 30 days customers with accounts.
Quotations: All quotations are given at current prices, but are
subject to alteration with prices ruling at the time of delivery.
Guarantee: We do not accept liability for consequential damage arising
from goods supplied by us.
Tiitle: The title of the goods shall remain with ISS
until full payment has been received by ISS
Breakages: Any shortage or breakages must be notified to us within 4
days of receipt of goods.
Returns: Goods correctly supplied may not be returned without our
agreement. Goods so returned must be consigned carriage paid and accompanied by a packing
note stating our delivery note number.
Orders: Written confirmation orders must be be clearly marked as such,
otherwise we cannot be held responsible should the order be duplicated.
